Shipping:
In the event of a lost or damaged package please contact USPS or your international Postal Provider to file a claim. The Sauced Boys is not liable for lost or damaged mail in transit and unfortunately at this time do not offer replacements or refunds. Please understand that replacements costs us money too and once it leaves our location it's no longer our responsibility. Please contact your local USPS. All U.S. orders include tracking and will be provided upon request.
International Shipping:
Available. International shipping could take weeks to a month+ to deliver. We haven't had any issues with shipping international thus far and just ask that you be patient until your item arrives.
Returns, Refunds, Replacements or Exchanges:
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with our product please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to make future corrections. At this time, returns, refunds, replacements or exchanges are not accepted. Our customers are very important to us and hope you understand our policy. All Pins are thoroughly inspected before being shipped and The Sauced Boys is not liable for damaged item(s) in transit. All sales final. Thank You! =o)
